I lived here for 9 years and its fine. For the most part the neighborhood is quiet. There are a lot of little kids and no pets are allowed. There are a lot of little kids and no pets are allowed. Every now and again there are horrible, loud and reckless neighbors but they never stay long. Rent is very cheap and the apartments are small but thats what you get for the price. There isnt a pool or gym but thats ok because you are literally 2-10 minutes away from everything , even the beach. The complex itself is fine. I would recommend it to first time buyers, elderly and people who need a second chance.more ...hide ...
