I have been in these apartments since 2009 and I have all my children in this place and I never love the managers like I love the present one that work here now.They are very kind. They are always helping me. If I could, I would award this place zero stars! The experience I had with Villas at Vine was the worst I've ever had with any apartment complex - and I hadn't even moved in yet. For a month they had known I was intendinIf I could, I would award this place zero stars! The experience I had with Villas at Vine was the worst I've ever had with any apartment complex - and I hadn't even moved in yet. For a month they had known I was intending to move in on April 23rd, and yet when I arrived on that day with my belongings in a uhaul, the floors were unfinished, the cabinets incomplete, there were no blinds on the windows, and the appliances had yet to be installed. The day before, on April 22nd, when I had signed my lease, I was assured that my apartment would be ready the following morning, which was clearly not the case. I had no choice but to leave my possessions there while the renovations continued, and as a result, both of my TVs, my shoes, my clothing, my son's shoes, and my backpack with all of its contents were stolen by the maintenance man, who failed to secure the apartment before leaving. I was warned by two different tenants not to move in, and the police informed me that they are regularly called to the premises. I did get a full refund, though, so don't let these people deceive and manipulate you like they did me - you'll regret it!more ...hide ...
