I live here currentlynI have been here since November of 2020nI have been going through a divorce and was homeless for the last 2 years All while keeping my job and being with my kids at night while my soon to be ex husband was at work I didnt want m I live here currentlynI have been here since November of 2020nI have been going through a divorce and was homeless for the last 2 years All while keeping my job and being with my kids at night while my soon to be ex husband was at work I didnt want my kids unstable and homeless with me but i was cleaning my exs for my kids then leaving to sleep in my car Struggling with not many options There is not as many resources to qualify for when you are married Even separated And I refused to go in front of a judge or speak of custody while I was homelessnMy husband had already taken so much from menAt some point I had went to Unphorg and got on every waiting list possible and did the same on every resource I could findnI am not on Social security Or disability etcnObviously no help from hubby I was right where he wanted me always had me stucknThe management at Riverwood are awesome They worked with me Helped me do what it took to make sure I could qualify Worked with me on my deposit I am so thankful for the chance they have given menThe grounds are well kept Its the most spacious 2 bedroom I had seen in all my searching when I had a Supportive Housing Voucher through Housing Connect that ended up expiring 6 months earliernbecause even though my credit wasnt really an issue every where wanted a cosigner that made 35 times the amount of rent after 30000 I wasted in application fees various heart aches later was back to less than zero stuck between a rock a hard place and my own personal hellnRiverwood Cove has quarterly inspections where the spray your apartment for pests Not that I have seen any hence the quarterly inspectionsnThey are the nicest looking inside and out low income based apartments I know of Great management and maintenance Neighbors all keep to themselves No riff raffnOh No bbqs allowed though You cant even store in your apartment I can understand whynAnd all the trees house the most fattest squirrels I have ever seen ever They are spoilednI would have to say Riverwood rocks And personally saved me a real blessing for me and my boys Thanks more ... hide ...

the manager of this place kicked out my parents because of stupid reasons I would not live here anymore
