Just moved out of this place. Lived here for almost two years. My overall experience here was okay. When we first moved in, it was clean but it was infested with bugs. It also had a bad smell. It also had a bad smell. But maintenance did a good job when it came to spraying the apartment for bugs and fixing anything that was broken. The 3 bedroom apartment had a lot of space with 2 closets (outdoor and indoor) for storage. This is a housing program for low income families. So you have to follow all of their rules. They€™re strict about reporting your income (turning in pay stubs and bank statements). Make sure you report when you switch to a new job. Management is nice but when you mess up (such as not reporting who moves in or moves out), they start being rude to you. Or they€™ll complain to corporate and make you move out. Nice place for a temporary move but not permanent.more ...hide ...

I personally have lived here going on 7yrs now. Its had its Ups and downs. Where ya going to go in this world that doesnt have a mix of the both. Its life! Where ya going to go in this world that doesnt have a mix of the both. Its life! Ive very much have enjoyed raising 2 of my 3 children while living here. Theyve always had fun things to keep us entertained rather it be through the holidays or through the months. They do have security that drivers through the complex throughout the night that gives you peace of mind while you sleep. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. Only complaints I can say Ive ever heard other people say would be that they cant smoke in the property or that you have to barbecue in the designated areas which I agree with, being were not all as mindful as others and tend to be forgetful Ive seen blackened fences from the grill being too close and tbh Id rather not burn up from irresponsible people. And as for smoking people cant find there way to the garbage can for there cigarette butt to go into.Thats about all I have to say.Thanks J. Johnson Ÿ¦‹more ...hide ...
