Ive been living here almost a year now.....the apartments are nice,management is nice, the problem Im having is my toilet stays stopped up....I call, they come, get it unstoppable, then less then 6 weeks later, same issuIve been living here almost a year now.....the apartments are nice,management is nice, the problem Im having is my toilet stays stopped up....I call, they come, get it unstoppable, then less then 6 weeks later, same issue. March 25 I had to call again,they got it unstoppable, then again today....maintenance came today, put the snake through, didnt work and he left with it still stopped up...what am I suppose to do now! Its after hours...I called the answering service, they said they would call Karina and I asked for a call back...been an hour b ow and my toilet is still stopped up and no call!!! Very unhappy here! PLZ GET SOMEONE TO WORK ON MY TOILET!!! I SHOUDNT HAVE TO WAIT TIL TOMORROW!!! Update, they finally fixed the toilet but now today its the same problem. And now Im told if it continues I will have to pay to fix it!!! sorry, but Im not going to pay, I will move first to some other apartments!!! FIX THE PROBLEM RIGHT AND WE WOLDNT HAVE AN ISSUE!! Im not happy at all!!!!!more ...hide ...
