One of the ladies that work there Petra was always very rude, and abrupt with my mom and showed no respect whatsoever , petra demanded the key to the apt the day she moved out, mom was very tired and asked if she could return it the next day ,she yelled at my mother and said no. my mom is 85 years old this lady does not belong working with the elderly.
