I had attempted to contact Hilda, the rent handler, multiple times, only to find her voicemail full and never getting a response after leaving messages with the leasing office. Furthermore, I was barely past the due date and they had already started the eviction process. There had been a leak that needed fixing in the floor below us, but they waited four months before finally coming to do the repairs. The cleanliness upon move in was also extremely poor, with us having to wear shoes due to the filth. It's safe to say that I wouldn't recommend this place; the office staff are unresponsive to their tenants' needs and issues are not addressed. more ... hide ...
