This does not bode well for the complex and can be off-putting to those considering renting here. Moreover, the pictures on the website do not accurately portray the property. This should be addressed immediately, as it is not the responsibility of the maintenance crew to clean up after tenants when a large trash container has been provided. Furthermore, there is trash and garbage bags scattered around the grounds. This sight has led me to look for other places. It is always essential to present oneself well. I cannot understand where the positive reviews are coming from. I would not suggest living here. Every time I request help from the office ladies, they promise to put in a work order, but nothing is ever done. Because of COVID-19, my job has become part-time work, and when I asked if I could move to a two-bedroom apartment, they initially said yes and then refused, telling me to keep checking. Why should I have to keep checking when they know my situation? It is difficult to even get the office personnel to answer the phone. I usually hear a voicemail box with instructions to call during business hours. However, 8-5 is indeed regular business hours - they just do not want to pick up. Acquiring the apartments was easy and the women were nice, but it is after you have settled in that the attitudes change. I often hear gunshots in these apartments, so whoever says it is safe to reside here is incorrect. more ... hide ...
