The interior of the apartment is remarkable, roomy, the balcony is also wide, the laundry facility is of a good size and there is a sizable garden tub in the master bedroom. Conversely, the outside isn't as great. Conversely, the outside isn't as great. The staff are doing their best to keep the complex tidy every single day but many of the tenants and their kids are horrible and do not care about keeping the environment clean. If you're looking for a peaceful living area, it is NOT possible. I have resided here for four years and am very discontented. I have to sleep with earplugs to block out the noise after 11 p.m. and during the day, I have to raise the volume of my TV to maximum to avoid the commotion from unsupervised children. The running and jumping inside the apartment is so severe that I have had pictures and wall decorations fall off in the past. Unpleasant odours come through the vents as if it is from you. Despite all the negative things I mentioned, the new manager who has been here for two years is excellent, she listens to people and is doing her best to get rid of the bad eggs. We also have an amazing security guard who handles and reports the foolishness. Thus, if anyone wants to take their chances, please move to the third floor and ask to move to a location where there is less noise. Thank you for reading and I hope it helps.
