I live here. And I saw this bed bug message. Every resident here will say that is a lie! The only way we will ever hear about bedbugs, rodents or anything is that, you would have to bring them here! The only way we will ever hear about bedbugs, rodents or anything is that, you would have to bring them here! Bugs are treated as an emergency here. Every month or 2 our apartments are sprayed, filters changed, repairs are made as soon as possible. Residents opinions are ALWAYS appreciated. The only thing I hate is that the Carpet Cleaning Company is the worst on earth. But it is a free service to the residents. Oh yeah, Our apartments are checked several times a year to make sure they are tidy and bug free. This would be a perfect place to live, if our rent was $75 and month and they pull the sprinklers wetting up our $100 wax job on cars!more ...hide ...

I have been living at this property for a few years now. The new owners have done a great job on renovations, new appliances, flooring, paint pallet, new AC units. Not to mention the new property management Mary and DebbI have been living at this property for a few years now. The new owners have done a great job on renovations, new appliances, flooring, paint pallet, new AC units. Not to mention the new property management Mary and Debbie have been awesome taking care of me and my family throughout the transitions. When I moved in it was roach infested. The apartment people sprayed for a month and still no change I told them just forget about because you all have neen spraying for a whole straight every friday.. I moved the refrigerator and there was a nest back there it was huge. So I called the office and told them the roaches are coming from the refrigerator as well, I just killed the nest. And why the apartment people did not spray behind the refrigerator? Because they want to half do things. I wish sometimes I would have not moved over here.more ...hide ...
