The manager always complains that she cant keep maintenance people, but nowhere else I have lived has had this problem. I have personally met at least 4 maintenance people who have all left or been fired. Usually I fix things in the apartment myself. The outside AC unit has never been serviced so I washed out the fins myself last summer so that air could flow through them again. The inside air blower I have had to change the filter myself the past two years.Last summer they did a reasonable job with the grounds but the summer before they mowed the grounds only about twice the whole summer.Dont judge the place by the clubhouse-its gorgeous but does not accurately represent the rest of the facility.And try getting the front office to answer the phone.
