Lived here for almost a year And this place is terrible It takes forever for work orders to be completed They are not helpful They hardly ever answer the phones in the office The buildings are so cheaply made The whole time I have lived here There li Lived here for almost a year And this place is terrible It takes forever for work orders to be completed They are not helpful They hardly ever answer the phones in the office The buildings are so cheaply made The whole time I have lived here There literally has not been a month that went by without something in the apartment needing fixed and never getting fixed There is still multiple things that I emailed a work order in when I first moved into the apartment that is still not completed I went the first 3 months living here with molded water and cat poop inside my dish washer before they finally fixed it This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in When I first moved in I asked if they had bugs The manager told me no m then after I signed the papers and saw the apartment It was by far the worst roach infestation I have ever seen No one move in here EVER You will regret making that horrible choice Their rating used to be good But each month this place keeps getting worse and worse more ... hide ...

We have lived at Grace Townhomes for 9 years now and just renewed our lease for another year It is a great community and all of the staff have been so helpful and kind They always do their best to accommodate the residents and have always come throug We have lived at Grace Townhomes for 9 years now and just renewed our lease for another year It is a great community and all of the staff have been so helpful and kind They always do their best to accommodate the residents and have always come through for us There is a courtesy officer who lives on the property and makes himself available as much as he can in case of a disturbance or any other issue We are highly satisfied with our residence here more ... hide ...
