These people are backwards, how about Seville place be present in the office during business hours and assist their residents instead of being petty and responsing t So i got a reply here from the owner at 11pm at night. Why put the same phone number that never gets answered in the response? Im not the only one here complaining about the same thing so evidently the problem is ongoing and Seville place is refusing to take care of the matter.Becca and Nesha are never in the office during opening hours. When Becca goes to lunch at 12pm she does not return. I mean come on Becca and Nesha you all at least could put a sign on the door to say when are going to return. You will not do that because you all are taking advantage of the companys time and putting your residents at a disadvantage. The office never puts letters on the residents doors to let them know when they will be out of the office for long periods of time. I have called their corporate office and left a message of complaint pertaining to this matter and other things about 3 weeks ago for the regional manager Lisa and she has not return my call. Wow! Seville place what a way to deal what your residents!Also when i call the office no one answers and Becca is never straightforward about anything whenever she does answers the phone after repeated call attempts before 12pm bc after 12 no one is there in the office. She tells me one thing and do another basically she is not honest. When Marisa Castelleno was the manager at least someone was always there and she made sure the leasing agent that a was present during her absence. But Nesha the present manager makes sure Becca covers for her so they both could be out of the office lolly gagging and getting paid work hours at the same time. So I guess Seville place is ok with their employees stealing work hours because i have yet to hear back from the regional manager about the this matter. And guess what on google maps its says Seville place is open and I called today about an hour ago and no answer. Becca and Nesha where are you?Please advise more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
