The manager has her favorite people if she dont like you she will find a way to be writing you up You can give her notice when you have family visiting She tells you its okay then writes you up I believe she should be investigated for bulling reside The manager has her favorite people if she dont like you she will find a way to be writing you up You can give her notice when you have family visiting She tells you its okay then writes you up I believe she should be investigated for bulling residents The residents there be drinking and smoking up to all hours of the night but yet theyre not told anything they be walking back in forth to each others apartment to drink yet its okay But one who keeps to themselves isnt liked more ... hide ...

If something needs to be fixed, it takes forever. Instead of purchasing new appliances, they prefer to try and repair the old ones. For three months, my one year old son was sweating every day due to the manager not allowing me to have an a/c while mine wasn't working. The place is infested with cockroaches and the fumigation is inadequate. The gym is never open and when it rains, the apartments receive flooding and the ceiling starts to leak. The manager, Rosalinda, is rude and does whatever she wants, disregarding the needs of the residents. She sends out false violation notices with no evidence and then avoids responding to voicemails about the accusation. She even gives people 24 hours to evacuate the apartment and find somewhere else to live. She does not consider the impact she has on people who are only trying to make a living.
