She damaged someone's vehicle and had it towed without warning; that's a classic KGB move! She also uses fear and intimidation to manipulate people by threatening them with eviction if they don't keep their doors closed, even when they are having a hard time making rent due to the economy. When tenants ask her for legal backing, she bullies them. Unless there is someone around to advocate for justice and honesty, Leticia has no compassion and wants only to "upgrade" the tenants and advance her career. more ... hide ...
