The office manager is very unprofessional and will literally tell you on your face that she doesnt care about the residents concern I DO NOT recommend this complex due to the rude management and the way things are run around here There is never parki The office manager is very unprofessional and will literally tell you on your face that she doesnt care about the residents concern I DO NOT recommend this complex due to the rude management and the way things are run around here There is never parking spaces after 8PM and its not an apartment complex issue its just The Pointe at Ben White I have lease at three different apartment complex before and never had an issue with parking They have not done anything to this point to come with an action plan Its very annoying not being able to park near your building or not even being able to find a spot at all I seen another review of someone saying they had to sleep in their car thought it only happened to me twice I had no choice for 0 star review I hate this apartment complex cant wait for my lease to be up more ... hide ...

Great staff in the office the apartments are really nice Some nights I have problems finding parking near to my apartment but there is always a free space inside the complex

Although their policies are a bit strict and sometimes annoying I feel like the office staff does the best they can I never felt hesitant to visit them with questions They were always prompt courteous and professional Especially Adriana who I dealt Although their policies are a bit strict and sometimes annoying I feel like the office staff does the best they can I never felt hesitant to visit them with questions They were always prompt courteous and professional Especially Adriana who I dealt with most She was even attentive to me by email which I appreciate because I dont have the time to call all the time I enjoyed my stay here and interactions with them I never felt pickedon or called out My neighbor was a nuisance but that had nothing to do with management They tried to mediate as best they could between the two of us and I appreciated that Parking was horrific but the complex stayed at full capacity so what do you expect I wished they had more visitor parking but overall for price space and the condition of the apartment I would move here again Thanks for a pleasant experience more ... hide ...
