The security company does not help, and the neighbors are being irresponsible by leaving smelly garbage near their front door daily. The thin walls allow me to hear people talking, babies crying at 3 in the morning, and traffic noise all day long. This makes it a very noisy community! The managers do not stay in the job for more than 8 months, and the front office always has a new face. Additionally, there are major issues in the accounting department. The management is unprofessional and shows no respect for the tenants, discussing other people's personal financial matters in front of strangers instead of having a private meeting in their office. The mandatory apartment inspections each month cause an infringement of privacy. Furthermore, there are no on-site facilities. If you wish to have your human rights taken away by the dehumanizing addendums that are written in the lease agreement, this is the place to move.
