Been there a couple of weeks and I had a maintenance request. A couple of days later the maintenance man showed up and fixed everything that same day. Friendly guy. Parking lot has security patrol at nights. Plenty of parking at 8 pm visitors move out to the parking in the front office. Every apartment complex I have lived, at nights there was never any parkings. Pay your rent on time and maintain your apartment and there are no problems. Thank you Roxanne!
