From the start, my unit has been falling apart and no one bothers to fix anything. Water damage around the floor is present in every room downstairs; even the bathroom door doesn't close or lock. The previous tenants had kids, judging by the drawings on the walls; they didn't even paint before I moved in! The management changes so often that it's hard to keep track of who works here. Not even a month after I moved in, I watched as some guy was jumped by a huge group of people right in front of the buildings and no one did anything - then just weeks later, a mother was jumped by her neighbor and spent days in hospital!
People have dogs which don't get picked up after - they're left tied up outside all day barking and running loose - I've returned four different dogs to their owners that were roaming free. Then there's around 50 kids running wild long past midnight - most under 12 years old! Recently too, teens were arrested for breaking into an empty unit and spray painting all over walls/windows. The pics listed on this place are all from when it was first built... none are recent images. If you do move here: be careful with what random kids ask of you; if ever you say "no" they'll spread lies about you throughout other units until your life is being harassed whenever youmore ...hide ...
