We all know of the weather conditions this weekend in Charleston and my hot water is not working. I called for a after hour maintenance person to come out and see whats the issue and gets told having water whether its just cold or hot is not a emergency because I still have the other. Its a shame that there is no consideration for a pregnant women with two small kids. I am very disappointed in this place so called a home for me and my kids. Im getting fed up with a lot and will be taking my issues to higher authority if nothing improves.more ...hide ...
