There is an ongoing issue with bedbugs in the building that is hard to control! Hot water comes out of both the hot and cold spigots, elevators constantly breakdown, ovens dont heat properly, the refrigerators get too cThere is an ongoing issue with bedbugs in the building that is hard to control! Hot water comes out of both the hot and cold spigots, elevators constantly breakdown, ovens dont heat properly, the refrigerators get too cold even when the control is on the lowest setting, and heating units only blow cold air in the winter.
