The landlord (The Josie) came on my apartment unannounced and without prior notice took pictures of my bedroom and said the apartment was destroyed because I had my laundry out getting ready to wash it. She then evicted me for having a boyfriend over at the apartment for more than 4 days even though it states in the lease you can have someone there for two weeks. Since the eviction I now have a mark on my credit because the landlord was a nut job who favored her family and didn€™t care about anyone else.more ...hide ...

My sister lives here and I like her apartment.. We always have a great time and all her neighbors seem nice!! And I missed DERBY DAY!! Kentucky derby!! And all of the beautiful hats!!

the manager isn€™t the best , she won€™t fix anything that€™s wrong the apartment. She had favorites . She won€™t fix a window that another resident broke . Has an inspection every month when your supposed to have then 4 times a year and it€™s even on the lease . overall isn€™t good to live here anyway there is a lot crack heads. she talks badly about other residents to other residents .more ...hide ...
