This place is horrible! Management only cares about getting your rent check every month. There are no longer background checks, therefore the lowest of the low is living here. The rules are not enforced and therefore,This place is horrible! Management only cares about getting your rent check every month. There are no longer background checks, therefore the lowest of the low is living here. The rules are not enforced and therefore, neighbors harass those they cant take advantage of and management does nothing about it.There are feral cats everywhere and several neighbors are feeding them even though the rental contract states that to feed them is an automatic eviction. Management sees them feeding them and does nothing. One tenant even had them in his apartment and the feral cats destroyed the floors and carpet due to no litter box. Management moved this tenant to an empty apartment for free and then cleaned his apartment and put in new carpet!Dont move here, its hell on earth!more ...hide ...
