Good safe place for mom (or dad). Clean, well maintained, secure and affordable as rent is based on income. There are some handicapped wheelchair accessible units. There are some handicapped wheelchair accessible units. Emergency pull cords in each apartment. Fire station next door who respond rapidly to emergencies. They have an activity director and a social worker on site. Mom has made lots of friends and has been quite happy here. This is not a medical facility. It is a apartment complex for senior adults (independent living). There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Autumn House has a bus which will take people on planned group outings, bank, Wal-Mart, grocery on occasion. Easy to obtain Wal-Mart delivery or Uber, taxis, food delivery at this location. They also have a small dog park on site. The only complaint is that there are not washer/dryer hookups in the apartments but they do have multiple coin operated laundry rooms on site.more ...hide ...

They always turned the water off. Half the time they wouldnt tell us. Longest the apartment complex went without water almost a week. Ladies in the office never stayed in the office when you need ask them for something. They want let you know when you have package in the office. I had package in the office like week I didnt know. I checked my tracker on my package. He told it been in the office about week. A lot people got air conditioning in the window. By law they have to fix the air conditioning.
