I rented a beautiful apartment. Carol was nice and polite, had a couple problems taken care of. From then on everything went downhill. There was a previous leak from air conditioner upstairs that wasnt fixed properly. Carol said it would be taken care of. Still waiting - going on 3 months!!! Whenever tenant upstairs runs air conditioner it continually leaks by my window. Its gotten worse, the wall is coming apart, and has a large crack across wall above window that continues to get longer. Now the ceiling is starting to bubble - what next????Ceiling coming down with water and flooring from upstairs???Complaints from tenants that live here over 3 years. Filthy carpet in halls, flooring in laundry room, elevator, elevator area and lobby. Besides bedbugs and roaches.For your own health and well being - dont move here.more ...hide ...
