I moved to Grant Park recently Recently Grant Park was acquired by a new management company and of course it is always anxiety producing when new management takes over This new management has SURPASSED ALL expectations They have gone above and beyond I moved to Grant Park recently Recently Grant Park was acquired by a new management company and of course it is always anxiety producing when new management takes over This new management has SURPASSED ALL expectations They have gone above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible The staff is understanding respectful and willing to work with you to make sure your needs are met Grant Park also promotes a fun and safe living environment They host various community events in the community room and parties at the pool I am also very happy with the new security team that has been hired I often come home in the very early hours of the morning and knowing that there is armed security patrolling the property puts me at ease when I get home MrsSasha does a great job taking care of the grounds and always says hello and accommodating I 1010 recommend Grant Park and they are the most economical Luxury apartment in Columbus more ... hide ...

Ive lived at Grant Park for a little over a year now and can confidently say that it is the best apartment complex Ive ever lived at The apartment itself is a great value for its price spacious plenty of cabinet space new amenities fridge dishwasher Ive lived at Grant Park for a little over a year now and can confidently say that it is the best apartment complex Ive ever lived at The apartment itself is a great value for its price spacious plenty of cabinet space new amenities fridge dishwasher oven washer and dryer in unit The location is conveniently in walking distance to both Kroger and OSU and the management has always been kind and easy to work with Ive rarely needed maintenance and when I have its always been quick and efficient Lastly my personal favorite part of the complex itself is the pool which was a blessing during the hot summer My only complain about the pool is that it closes at 10pm I would love to go for a midnight swim if I could more ... hide ...
