UPDATE We are now 4 12 years of living here and we still love the place Office and maintenance staff are excellent Very responsive and friendly Neighbors are polite and considerate Very happy
They like to tow vehicles with no reasonings and they send out and tell you the tow company is tagging cars to be towed the next day but tow them 2 hours later
The most wonderful ladies in the office and ive been for 7 years and never had any problems at all Been so helpful to me and my family Very very helpful Do the paper work for u and everything that u need when they dont even have to

When I called about an apartment the lady on the phone was super friendly and very helpful They got me in ASAP I came in for my appointment and told them my situation and they got me in pretty fast and thank god for them If they didnt me and my familWhen I called about an apartment the lady on the phone was super friendly and very helpful They got me in ASAP I came in for my appointment and told them my situation and they got me in pretty fast and thank god for them If they didnt me and my family would have been homeless They went above and beyond for my family which Im not sure any other place would have done The staff is so friendly and make you feel right at home I love my apartment and it feels a lot more safe to come home at night and I can rest a lot more peacefully And the best is my kids made new friends quickly and they love it here too The location is great too Im super close to everything even nowmore ...hide ...

The facility itself is not bad, its kept clean. As I pulled in to visit the person I know living here I noticed a walker( the type used to help with balance) blocking one of the Handicap parking spots. Once inside I asked about this and the answer I received was that this was normal, the residents often do this to save or as I see it Prevent an other handicapped resident from utilizing the the spot! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of! Staff is absolutely aware this takes place and apparently are ok with it. Why is it acceptable for the staff to allow this? The person I visit themselves are disabled and have a hard time with walking distances yet must drive past an empty spot blocked by a walker to park way out in general parking and struggle to get into the facility!more ...hide ...
I lived there 2-1/2 years. The best apartment I ve ever had. The manager Renee is the best. She is so professional and kind hearted. Dave the maintenance worker could fix anything and was very timely in address matters of concern. He and Renee worked hard to ensure that the building was clean, safe and beautifully taken care of. My friends and family loved to visit me there and have lunch on the decks or community rooms. I will miss Renee and Dave and the residents who feel like family.
