The management and customer service at this apartment complex are extremely impolite. The women in the office act as though they are superior, despite the fact that they all reside in the same building. These apartments are for people who are unable to pay for housing due to their financial situation and the fact that the workers here can afford to live anywhere else is taking away from those who truly need it. They frequently enter people's homes without the proper 24 hour notice and rummage through their possessions even when the resident is not present, which is illegal. All the tenants here despise this place because of the management and customer service. If they had landlords and staff that followed the law and treated the tenants with respect, everyone would enjoy living here much more since it's a nice place. I personally do like it here, but I don't care for the people in charge who do whatever they want regardless of whether it is legal or not.more ...hide ...
