The tour is not the same when you go in person Gave the benefit of doubt of staff and nurses to care for my mom as I go visit her on the 5th floor its disgusting inside The food is disgusting looks more like cat and dog food staff and nurses casework The tour is not the same when you go in person Gave the benefit of doubt of staff and nurses to care for my mom as I go visit her on the 5th floor its disgusting inside The food is disgusting looks more like cat and dog food staff and nurses caseworker etc in the unit are rude Disrespectful and unprofessional my mom has a rash for sitting on her diaper for hrs never have equipment for her to be able to walk around and nurses dont bother to assist her as well stuff was also stolenits alot and I wont tolerate the disrespect nor elderly neglect I have recordings and pictures I want my mom out and I will report the facility as well as the workers I dont recommend anybody to bring their love ones to triboro facility half the workers look like they on drugs themselfs and look like they need to be cared forapology wont be accepted its been ongoing with other patients if facility knows better they do betterI feel sorry for the helpless who is not getting the proper care more ... hide ...
