Hello I am 47 years old I am divorced I relocated to the Finger Lakes after my divorce about 6 years ago I enjoy gardening veggiesflowers I love cooking I have always wanted to get involved in therapy dog training I want to volunteer with children who have cancer and residential veterans hospitals I have one dog He is a AKC Norwegian Elkhound I039m told that I can reply to any apartments whether they accept pets or not because he039s a certified emotional support animal I see that I have to meet income requirements I am disabledhandicapped with rheumatoid arthritis and have been on disability for almost 6 years I hope I039m eligible I am very quiet and clean I was married for 17 years and during that time we owned 4 rental properties and one personal lake house that we rented out when we weren039t there Because of my own personal experience being a landlord I know the work and expenses involved I will treat your property like my own If you039re hesitant because I have a dog I can understand your concerns but I039m asking you to give him a chance He has never ever in the 6 12 years since I039ve rescued him has he had an accident inside the house He has also never chewed and damaged anything If your an animal lover you039ll adore him and if you don039t care for animals he will win you over anyway I am also a responsible pet owner and don039t leave him barking outside unattended and I immediately pick up his messes I notice several properties on Bay Heights Circle are for rent I039m not certain if they are all connected and I only need apply to one or if they are all separate single property owners I039m going to apply to each individual property to be certain so if you get additional replies I apologize I really love that area so I want to be certain not to miss a chance replying to a property You have a very nice property and I hope you will consider renting to me Thanks **first*name**hidden**
