I have nothing bad to say about this place I ran into some hard times and needed a little help Mr Gould is an amazing case worker With my hard effort and ambition Him and I have been able to get me back on my feet Thank you so much for all your help

I wish I could give no stars Im a single mom and worked part time as a teacher last school year and when I applied for food stamps I heard nothing back from them for a month My case worker Jodi dragged her feet and kept asking for additional document I wish I could give no stars Im a single mom and worked part time as a teacher last school year and when I applied for food stamps I heard nothing back from them for a month My case worker Jodi dragged her feet and kept asking for additional documentation every time I called because she never made any effort to call me She was extremely rude and even hung up on me once even though I told her Im a single mom who just needs help buying FOOD for my 7 year old son Finally after 3 MONTHS they sent me an approval letter in the mail FOR 29 A MONTH what is that going to buy One meal a month Then the approval letter said that I would be receiving my food stamp card in the mail Well its been a month since I received that approval letter and still i have not recieved my food stamp card I sincerely hope this lady loses her job and finds herself in need of help and has to deal with someone treating her exactly like she treated me and my son more ... hide ...

Sometimes they have very nice people at the front desk and other times not so nice They should always be offering a friendly smile people go there because they need help
