I have never had a problem until Yesterday No hot water I called them they came and thought it was fixed to my surprise it wasnt I call again we need a new water valve However they dont have any on hand They remove one from a vacant unit Guy comes b I have never had a problem until Yesterday No hot water I called them they came and thought it was fixed to my surprise it wasnt I call again we need a new water valve However they dont have any on hand They remove one from a vacant unit Guy comes back to install it We now have hot water in kitchen and bathroom sink but not in the shower We have warm water Guy says they will have to get a new one in the morning I notice the valve is leaking I tell him he says its ok it will stop I knew it wouldnt because my husband is a plumber By the way I am just visiting my mom Anyhow I put a bucket under the slow leak Well to my surprise I wake up to an over filled bucket and flooded floor I call them at 645am Its now 830am and still no phone call Im not very happy I have and in the bathroom so dry out water behind the washer and dryer more ... hide ...

If I could give this place a zero I would It may have some pretty landscaping but it is not worth the view of this place They absolutely have no security in this complex No guard no cameras and anyone can easily come in and outnIt has just as much sq If I could give this place a zero I would It may have some pretty landscaping but it is not worth the view of this place They absolutely have no security in this complex No guard no cameras and anyone can easily come in and outnIt has just as much squatters as residents with the Weekly Motels as neighbors and the tunnels right beneath your feet My mother has been verbally harassed chased stolen from stalked and followed home numerous of times with the years shes lived here Management is no help its a revolving door of managers I would never recommend anyone to bring their family or loved ones here until they begin to regard ANY real security more ... hide ...
