I have lived in Sunrise Palms senior section for four months It feels safe other tenants are nice complex is gated always clean maintenance department is always present the manager is pleasant although COVID has made it hard to interact much My uni I have lived in Sunrise Palms senior section for four months It feels safe other tenants are nice complex is gated always clean maintenance department is always present the manager is pleasant although COVID has made it hard to interact much My unit is beautiful 2 bedrooms with one bath stack washer dryer dishwasher etc Best part is that the utility bills are low so far still have summer coming Only downside us that where I am located I dont have a private patio area Mine is alongside the tenant walkway so I also cant keep the blinds open Otherwise I am happy more ... hide ...
