This place is god awful The management office is shady BEWARE when you move out they will tell you one thing and then another Keep records of everything they tell you because they will lie to your face
I moved to Ridge falls apartments on end of April and thought it was going to be a great place to live I was wrong the washer was not working and they would come and just move the buttons around like 4 times I struggle with that until one of the cowoI moved to Ridge falls apartments on end of April and thought it was going to be a great place to live I was wrong the washer was not working and they would come and just move the buttons around like 4 times I struggle with that until one of the coworkers told me if you dont want to struggle buy your own washer which I did and they told me that I couldnt discount it from the rent that it was my choice then the air from the bathroom is leaking they only come and dry it which is doing nothing 3 the neighbors downstairs had a leak and he reported to the office and they came did a hole on my bathroom wall and tell me if they have came to close it but there good on charging rent Dont come live at this apartments if you dont want to struggle with management this arent great place to live I rated 0 stars but had to put 1 starmore ...hide ...

The overall place is not that bad Although keep in mind that you get what you paid for The complex quality is okay based on the price I would not call this Place home however not a bad place for a roof over your head

Poor communication. Lets hope it stays running 2 days with out AC in this heat, we have a elder, a handicap and 2 dogs and the apt says 85 hope it coolds down now that I figured it was fixed without being told.more ...hide ...
