I was impressed with the area and the apartments until I walked into the lobby and saw the "be back at 2:00" sign on the door. When I tried to open it, two office employees were standing in front of a table with their backs to the entrance and grabbing snacks from a platter. They turned around, saw me with my child in front of the glass door, laughed and shook their heads. One of them approached me, shaking her head and asked if I hadn't seen the sign. I said I hadn't, grabbed an application from the rack to the right and she chuckled before walking away. I felt humiliated and let down that someone like that worked in that office. There was no respect or professionalism; this isn't how a company should be represented. I work for a big, well-known, multimillion-dollar company and would never treat my patients this way. I'm a single mother in college just trying to find a better home for me and my son, so it upset me to witness this. Life is unpredictable; one day you can be on top of the world and within seconds find yourself on the floor. Eventually, you will be in the same situation, looking for help and someone will treat you the same way.more ...hide ...
They were beautiful now run down Filthy hallways and lots of noise during the day and especially at night People in the office not professional at all How they can get away with it is besides me
It was beautiful when they first built it but now the outside grounds are becoming ran down They focus on making it nice by the main office but not by the apartment buildings and stairwells

Applied for a 3 bedroom back in December because it was posted that there was availability, even put down the security deposit on it. Was told it would be available January....then February...then they switched it to MarApplied for a 3 bedroom back in December because it was posted that there was availability, even put down the security deposit on it. Was told it would be available January....then February...then they switched it to March...then April...So we took back the deposit, however where still on the list to be contacted when there was an opening ( the deposit only ensured wed get first dibs). Checked back a few week ago, still showed theres availability however never was contacted.more ...hide ...
