I am a single 22yearold female in search of a onebedroom unit I039m looking to move ASAP I am currently unemployed and faithfully searching for employment As well as escaping a DV situation I am on housing voucher and section 8 waiting list I would be the only tenant and I have rented on my own twice before The first time was with a private landlord at 31st and Holdrege Street here in Lincoln NE My landlord039s name was Gene I rented with Gene on a monthtomonth lease for 450 a month in 2020 until November of 2023 In November of 2023 I moved to 1216 F street and rented with Century Sales and Management for **phone#**hidden** a month for a year I do still owe century money I039m not sure how that affects renting in the future but I do like to let whoever needs to be aware ahead of time aware
