It is getting a little run down but the new manager Tammy seems nice trying to get the building back on track

Very nice location for your elderly loved ones Steele Creek Senior Apartments have a gym computer room gaming area and various entertainment spaces My favorite spot on the property would be the gardens and the picnic areas

Very rude staff I tried to talk to them over the phone I feel as tho they figured I was a telemarketer and they hung up on me So i figured I call back and explain Im not trying to sell them anything and the woman cut me off mid sentence saying we are Very rude staff I tried to talk to them over the phone I feel as tho they figured I was a telemarketer and they hung up on me So i figured I call back and explain Im not trying to sell them anything and the woman cut me off mid sentence saying we are not interested I work as a member of the Charlotte Symphony and wanted to explain that we were reaching out to all the Senior Homes and Apartments in Charlotte to give a 20 discount to who ever would be interested We know the Senior community enjoys coming to our shows and we appreciate it so we wanted to make it even more affordable She didnt seem to care about what the community does to help the residents enjoy the time they are there they do not even have an activities director or an Engaged Life Director more ... hide ...
