Water is always shut off for hours a day Maintenance is laughable fire alarms blaring yet some residents arent being helped out of their apartments in very dangerous situations I will be contacting the city about these issues

Requested Maintenance job never done on time or forever because she teamed up with €œNick €œmaintenance guy instead of being of his manager Sometimes office is close or she€™s smoking outside and ignores you while you waiting her infront of the office. She increases the rent every yearly. There€™s no swimming pool, playground area is wet, dirty and moldy always. She locked the fitness room at and she hides the owners contact information.
