Steve Gloria and Wayne are wonderful and made my 2 years here a breeze I will miss them I would recommend renting here to anyone rent cant be beat anywhere else in North AVL My 1 bedroom was about 600 sq ft and felt much larger than that I love that Steve Gloria and Wayne are wonderful and made my 2 years here a breeze I will miss them I would recommend renting here to anyone rent cant be beat anywhere else in North AVL My 1 bedroom was about 600 sq ft and felt much larger than that I love that the bedroombathroom was upstairs and my room had 3 windows and a huge closet and hall closet I do wish parking was assigned but there are several lots and always a spot to park even when coming home late from work The apartments are a block from Merrimon Ave and a 20 minute walk from downtown more ... hide ...
