The denizens have to pay for spaces in the church parking lot that faces the side of the building, but during the time when the furniture market is in town, these parking spaces are no more available, causing a predicament due to the lack of parking spaces. The entrance has a keypad that requires a special fob to open the door, making the tenants feel secure. Unfortunately, some of the residents do not permit entry to strangers, which is a major issue. People are not safe when they are allowing access to any person who arrives. The personnel hardly ever stay in the office and take off as much as they can. The maintenance staff is terrific! Whenever there is a problem, they handle it quickly. They also take care of the interior, such as the washers, floors, and garbage, as well as the exterior, where they use pressure washers to clean the building, the driveway, and other areas. They dont come to fix any issue in you home in a timely manner, Never pick up the phone and they are hardly ever in the office to help with anything. And when they are theyre rude and smart mouth.
