Very upset I picked up a listing and inquired about a property They told me at the moment the property was being viewed and while I was asking about some details about the property the person that was viewing the property came back and brought back t Very upset I picked up a listing and inquired about a property They told me at the moment the property was being viewed and while I was asking about some details about the property the person that was viewing the property came back and brought back the keys I told her I had to go to work so I would probably be back in on Monday to view the property she told me that applications close by 500 pm today So Ive hurried up and viewed the property I absolutely fell in love with the place and asked to put an application upon return that is when the lady in the office told me that it was rented while I was viewing it It wasnt close to 5 pm I dont like to have my time wasted And this is exactly what this company did It will never happen again more ... hide ...

To my knowledge theyre a wonderful Rental Agency Always very helpful over the telephone and Ive never been disappointed with any of their featured rental properties

As a Property Homeowner I had a property listed with them on Beckner Street in Lexington NC We ended the co tract listing in May 2018 I basically fired them due to poor management lack of communication and failure to make repairs as I requested A te As a Property Homeowner I had a property listed with them on Beckner Street in Lexington NC We ended the co tract listing in May 2018 I basically fired them due to poor management lack of communication and failure to make repairs as I requested A tentant who did try to move in could not get the Utilities turned on until repairs I had requested months earlier had been made I was never even made aware of what actually happened since they never told me the reason and misrepresented the facts They could not even keep the grass mowed while trying to rent I was notified by the city of that situation after being served a Fine Notice by the city I live in Texas and expected them to Manage my Lexington property as our signed agreement stated I would encourage anyone who is a Property Owner or going to Rent Lease a property to look elsewherennRoger Myers more ... hide ...
