A friend of mine has been in dire need of shelter for her and her two daughters and has been told for almost a year now that she was at the top of the list yet now whenever she calls the woman is rude and unprofessional, claiming that she is just on the list as opposed to being at the top of the list. We have went through there on several occasions and witnessed new people moving in and have also witnessed ready available apartments just sitting there all while being told different.
