I am so pleased to live here!However, I must caution everyone against renting an apartment at Bayou Landing apartments in Gulfport.We were so delighted to be leasing a newly renovated apartment for a short 6 months. Unfortunately, it ended up being a HORRIBLE experience. Our neighbors were DIRTY and when they moved, they left 6 boxes of rotten meat in their apartment with the air conditioner off. The smell was so putrid, it made you want to be sick. We had to persistently plead, pester and eventually even threaten to call the fire department before they took ANY action. Eventually, they cleaned it out, but in the process sprayed MAGGOTS into our apartment and didn't put a door weather seal. So, THOUSANDS of MAGGOTS crawled into our home. We had to move all our furniture and sanitize everything. A week later, when I came home from work, I discovered HUNDREDS of flies. Looking through the window of the other apartment, I saw over 10,000 flies covering the windows. I have been calling every day for a full WEEK and they have done NOTHING. I have had to kill and trap hundreds of flies EVERY DAY. If I had the energy, I would break my lease and move away. The apartment manager even told me they were dealing with more urgent emergency matters and that is why they couldn't come more ... hide ...

John and Matt on maintenance were both responsive and respectful throughout the job here Both Knowledgeable about the problem and found a solution fast They also offered to sanitized my floors after Real great service from them

I had absolutely the WORST experience living out here moved in in 2020 then was relocated to another building due to our apartment burning down this apartment was way more expensive and was supposed to come with new and renovated cabinets did not I had absolutely the WORST experience living out here moved in in 2020 then was relocated to another building due to our apartment burning down this apartment was way more expensive and was supposed to come with new and renovated cabinets did not have doors we have been here since November and no one has attempted to see about getting us our cabinet faces they advertise a ceiling fan in the living room however there isnt one sink leaks nobody comes to fix anything no matter how many times you try to get ahold of them definitely not work 1140 a month and there are also roaches DO NOT WASTE YOUR more ... hide ...

This place is amazing I love visiting here with my family they live there Sarah in the office is so funny and such a amazing person to be around Also while I was in the office I meet the maintenance tech John Everyone was just amazing to talk to
