I would give this place six stars if I could. Having lived here for four months, I can say that I'm highly impressed. There has been a shift in management over the past few years and I have only had positive experiences since my move-in. The rental f I would give this place six stars if I could. The rental fees are comparable to other places in the vicinity, and the complex has had numerous renovations, from new roofs to full painting projects to fence replacements. The maintenance team was previously understaffed, but all of my requests have been taken care of promptly - Carlos is great and always willing to help. The pool was a definite highlight, with its ideal temperature and clear water. It's even open past Labor Day, which is great with this extended summer heat. The area is kept clean and I've never had trouble finding a seat at the pool. Eddy has done an amazing job maintaining the pool and keeping the peace. I've gotten to know some really nice neighbors, too, so it's become a nice social spot. I've heard stories from the past and read old reviews, but it seems like a lot has changed, and I'm looking forward to using the pool again next summer! more ... hide ...
