Fair priced many of the people there are nice now down sides you cant turn on heat for example now and its been getting in the 20s lately and a lot of elderly people live there not till late November and then same goes for summer time with ac theres Fair priced many of the people there are nice now down sides you cant turn on heat for example now and its been getting in the 20s lately and a lot of elderly people live there not till late November and then same goes for summer time with ac theres a set day and often times before that set day its super hot that is dangerous for tenants especially if they are elderly which most of the tenants there are or disabled or if they have a condition where extreme temperatures could harm them worse like Ms for example asthma etc They have nice balconies and community areas definitely could use an extra elevator if a fire happened there Id fear for the tenants yes there are stairs but many are disabled and cant use the stairs but the people that help management and management appears to be nice I understand the id rule to protect the tenants there but the tenants living there I dont believe should have to check in and out thats ridiculous and a little stalkerishmore ...hide ...

This place has really gone way down from what it once was. I have a good friend who lives here. First the catalytic converter was STOLEN from her truck, that was parked in the front lot. Several people who live here have had their cars stolen. They need night security to protect their property . They have had problems with BED BUGS. The front office workers are less than helpful to the tenants, and so so rude! I wish the building management would take time to look into all the issues and make things right. This is really not okay. The last time I was there, a man was working on his vehicle and just unnecessarily shouting profanity ¤¬¤¬and making a spectacle of himself.The secure doors just randomly opened without anyone coming in or going out ¤PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU LIVE HEREmore ...hide ...
