We love living here. Very clean, well maintained apartments and grounds. Great friendly staff. They change air filters and spray for bugs regularly. Anytime there is something that needs to be fixed they get it fixed and taken of quickly. Every tenant that we have meet is nice and friendly. I know several residents at this apartment complex. Office staff is rude and cause nothing but drama for the residents. Incoming and outgoing mail is not kept private nor is anyone who comes in or out of your home. StaffI know several residents at this apartment complex. Communication with applicants on needed information is non existent and they believe bad reviews by former landlords and do not contact applicants to get an explanation. They can not even get a deposit refund correct and did not tell us that the deposit was going to be deposited so the bank account got messed up. They were unprofessional when I needed the check to be rewritten and could not wait until Monday to get a new check as I had to be able to pay for our temporary housing. I would not recommend renting from them ever. They caused all kinds of fighting over housing that we should have been admitted to with a ten year perfect renting record.more ...hide ...
