I was so enthusiastic when I moved into these apartments; they were beautiful, spacious and reasonably priced. However, I feel like I'm paying to be in a daycare due to the vast amount of rules. Additionally, I received a noise complaint when I was on my balcony with two friends, simply talking. The office was very discourteous about it, and I shouldn't have to avoid my balcony at a certain time because some people don't like to hear us converse. If you don't want to hear other people, you shouldn't reside in an apartment complex. I know what you might be thinking, but my friends and I weren't intoxicated, loud, etc., we were completely sober, just smoking a cigarette and discussing a concert. We will end our lease as soon as we can. I reject paying $600 a month to be treated like a child. Also, I have a large window in my bedroom that lets in cold air. I have curtains and two blankets covering it, but my room is still freezing all the time. I live in a two-bedroom with one other person, water is included, and my last utility bill was $195 because of our heater trying to keep it at a decent temperature. more ... hide ...

Lived here for years and let me be the first to tell you that the quality of these apartments is going down hill as they get older and proper maintenance and updating is not occurring First issue based off of an apartment that highlights having a wo Lived here for years and let me be the first to tell you that the quality of these apartments is going down hill as they get older and proper maintenance and updating is not occurring First issue based off of an apartment that highlights having a workout facility you only have access to it during daylight hours with half priced and broken equipment I have been fightingasking for years for the room to be open 24 hours as described and as expected when compared to every other apartment complex all they ever say maybe next year its not in the budget and it never happens Secondly they expect to increase rent with market value Your apartments need updated the apartments you compare too have redone their interior exterior and updated appliances Next and probably most important is the roofing situation It is in drastic need of replacement and caused damage in my apartment for which mold started growing and yes management I will call it mold for what it is do not skirt the issue First complaint was over eight months ago and guess what 34 complaints later still not fixed was told I never told them about it I am not the only one with issues I know of at least two other people with severe mold issues that was just painted over and now the issues are even worse and their kids are constantly in and out of the doctors office Also dont live here unless you enjoy kids running up and down the stairwell banging on your walls and making a ruckus management never did anything other than put out letters sating stay out of stairwell did they ever enforce no they did not Lastly when you go to move out expect them to place a sticker on your truck and trailer saying to move it or it will be towed and then take the next thirty minutes removing said sticker off of your window I would not recommend this apartment complex until major updates and changes are made more ... hide ...
