The property company that owns the place will not cooperate with you at all; after multiple inquiries about infestations and damaged appliances, I received no response. You should also expect to be constantly threatened about eviction in a passive-aggressive manner. Additionally, some of the deposits you give them are nonrefundable, which invalidates the purpose of a deposit. Furthermore, living with roommates is not an option, as the landlord will only address one individual and disregard the others. Furthermore, expect bugs and insects to be everywhere, as the landlord fails to take measures to prevent them from entering while also not making any effort to get rid of them. I my girlfriend and brother live with me and we have all herd it the neighbors are allways yelling there are so many bugs and spiders in my house I cant get ride of them. I have lived at Rivertown Commons for nearly 4 years. I and my family are very thankful to have found an affordable, well managed complex where I feel safe! I and my family are very thankful to have found an affordable, well managed complex where I feel safe! I have never lived in an appt. before so this was quite a different experience for me. I love my appt. I have never had a problem with being able to wash clothes and there are ample washers and dryers for time laundry room is open! We have had to get used to new management and maintenance due to retirement, then here comes Bonnie Jablonski to the rescue ! Want her to know how appreciated she is! So all in all, those who dont like it here have the option to go elsewhere . The rules we live by here are only for our best. A secure building is a safe one.more ...hide ...

Today I went to pay my elderly grandmothers rent, and they told me to just put it in the basket, well last month her rent check was stolen so I had asked her for a receipt, and instead of giving me a receipt for the prooToday I went to pay my elderly grandmothers rent, and they told me to just put it in the basket, well last month her rent check was stolen so I had asked her for a receipt, and instead of giving me a receipt for the proof she rudely told me I am illegally living with my grandmother and shes lucky she doesnt kick my grandma out her home (she lives in income based property). Now I do NOT live with my grandmother, my husband, my 3 kids and I all live in our home in Stillwater. So then I told EVE that I did not live with her and she continued to argue with me telling me that I do. Then I started getting very anxious because I suffer from anxiety and I almost started crying for the way she was treating me. Then she threatened to charge my grandma a late fees for the last year because she was angry at me. She also continued to insult me and put me down.
