I recently relocated from Rochester to Chicago and had an amazing experience at Flats on Fourth! Lucas, the property manager, was extremely prompt in addressing any queries or issues I had (which was not often). He was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about the residents' satisfaction. Additionally, the location was excellent. I worked at Mayo, and it was so convenient to walk to and from work; moreover, the government building across the street had a skywalk which was especially helpful during the winter months. Furthermore, the complex had a lot of great amenities such as a clubroom/rooftop with a stunning view of the Rochester skyline, which was perfect for entertaining guests. There was also a gym with all the necessary equipment that was never crowded. Moreover, the building was always spotless and the apartment had brand new in-unit appliances, including a washer & dryer. Lastly, the garage parking was a major plus as I never had to worry about cleaning my car of snow. All in all, I was very pleased with my time at Flats and if I had remained in Rochester, I would have extended my lease. Thank you, Lucas! more ... hide ...
