I investigated other newer facilities and realized you get more square footage for your money here. This could probably be attributed to the building being slightly further out in the suburbs and having been built in the early 2000s. The building just recently completed a roughly two-year renovation that gives the common areas and units a more modern look. Like a lot of companies, the Bluffs management team had a lot of turnover during the COVID pandemic. It really does seem like the present team listens and is concerned about the improvement of the property. Ben Splinter has been extraordinary to collaborate with and can't envision the place without him! Lots of grievances or drawbacks in earlier reviews were recently addressed this year. To name a few:- Brand new appliances (Refrigerator, oven, & microwave)- Brand new exercise equipment, grills, and pool furniture- Renovated package room with a refrigerator for tenants who get meal delivery- Overhauled building access system with one key fob (Previously, you had to carry around three different fobs to access the building)- Electronic communication for upcoming events- More entertaining community social events- Powerwash of the underground car park- Upholstery refurbished on rooftop hot tub more ... hide ...

Terrible. We were informed that we had to relocate to another apartment or they would renovate the flat while we were inhabiting it. We have three children and that is such an annoyance to remodel a tiny apartment while we dwell in it. To make matter Terrible. To make matters worse, they intended to charge us more for the third-floor apartment we shifted into. After only 6 months or so, they raised our rent and informed us that we would have to pay more for carport stalls...the entire rationale why we moved here was to save money. We DID NOT WANT to spend more than what we paid LIVING IN OUR HOUSE and that's why we relocated. Additionally, it's now cold outside, and they keep leaving notes under our door saying they will turn the gas back on today, but that never happens. It's chilly outside, we have three kids and it's been nearly three weeks now that the gas has been turned off. They should definitely pay the electric bill for all apartments that had their gas turned off during this period. I would strongly not advocate this place. The staff at the office is not how you'd expect, and they don't reply to calls or voice messages. Very unprofessional. more ... hide ...

I dont recommend for families with young children The apartment itself was nice Management was a little sketchy Overall not a bad place to live
